The SmartScaping Cares Youth Outreach initiative is designed to give young people a head start
toward a career in a growing industry.

Smartscaping is a  is a premier black owned Houston based landscaping, maintenance in design company. they're also about giving back to the community and youth.

August is black owned business month in honor of that, we're highlighting a local business helping to provide jobs. The youth outreach program is helping to grow more diverse workforce. 

“SmartScaping Cares” is a community program offering students, immediate employment opportunities, paid internships as part of an upcoming Co-Op Program in partnership with HISD schools

Entrepreneurship/organizational leadership has been a passion of mine since my 14 year old self started those first businesses. 

We're highlighting a local business that's helping provide jobs to young people here in Houston. We keep neighborhoods clean throughout the city.
